Why develop pre-finished CFC sheet?

Actually prefinished fiber cement board is not new in the world, only new to China market, we developed this kind material based on two reasons: 1. We have found this kind of material used in USA and Japan for many years and feedback is good. 2. We have many years' experience on substrate board such as fiber cement board, calcium silicate board, MgO board, all of them are installed with further finishes, which is complex and dirty, especially we see the traditional mortar and painting EIFS system, which is short lifespan, low quality and difficult maintenance and install.
